Independent evaluation and assessment:

We undertake evaluations of projects and organisations with a multidisciplinary approach by merging the technical aspects with social, economic and institutional elements. Our technical assistance ranges across M&E skills, such as development of theories of change and M&E framework design, as well as their application to specific disciplines. We use contemporary concepts like results based management, baseline-midline-endline surveys, logical framework approach, results change and outcome mapping.

We strictly follow evaluation ethics and evaluation criteria in accordance with UNEG-DCED standards and commit to delivering services that are participatory, multi-stakeholder, multi-tiered, qualitative & quabtitative, consultative, triangulated and timely in nature.

Policy and subject matter research:

We provide policy and research solutions, study complex public issues and work to develop policy briefs, documents and proposals for addressing them. Studies have included vulnerability assessments, impact assessments, institutional mapping and market research (both nationally and internationally). These studies have direct implications on policies in areas such as child labour, bonded labour, social protection, gender and sustainable textile production.

Project management:

We provide technical and managerial support to development programs and projects, such as scoping studies, project design, implementation, capacity building, and communications. Our project management expertise is high quality and cost effective and we hold a proven track record of providing professional services to complex programs for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Research and knowledge management:

Over the years knowledge generation has been the core of our range of services and we have been at the cutting edge of analysis and discourse on various social and economic development challenges. With the drive to constantly improve our project designs, capacities, monitoring and evaluation techniques we work to design comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research tools and methods. Gaining in-depth understanding on subject matters and designing innovative investigative research solutions is our forte. In this process we have developed various knowledge products like case studies, toolkits, policy briefs, good practice documents, annual reports, technical process documents and success stories.

Capacity building:

To provide high quality value added services, we believe in partnering with key stakeholders and professionals in the sector to develop and strengthen their competencies. Since our inception, we have engaged trainings and systems development across many development themes, and management techniques. We operate executive education and experiential learning programmes that provide conceptual clarity and build stakeholder capacities. Our team has developed a results based management module which is being used widely.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

With the passing of the Companies Act 2013, it is mandatory for Corporate entities to spend at least two per cent of their average profits towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. We value the emerging need for ethical business practices, and addressing environmental and social sustainability issues while maintainig the economic viability of the organisation. We provide specialized advisory services to business entities in developing and executing CSR strategies. We focus on formulating agendas for promoting good business practices, screening of agencies for partnership, community engagement, pre/post intervention assessment, non-financial risk assessment and reporting.
